I love when I get to start my day off with a precious newborn! It makes me yearn for the days when my sweet girls were little!
Today I met Maximus Jagger and what a cutie he is!!! He was probably one of the easiest babies . . . he loved being swaddled, was happy, and seemed to enjoy the sound of my camera clicking away! Seriously, he was calmed by it! That’s my kind of baby!!! I met Mia, Max’s mama, about three years ago and have had the privilege of photographing his brother and sister every Christmas since then! They are a fun family and completely smitten with this little guy!!! Here’s a quick preview. Many more to come!

Snips, snails, and puppy dog tails . . . isn’t that what little boys are made of?
Well . . . these little boys are pretty darn precious and as sweet as can be!
Little Benjamin was just about two weeks old when we met . . . he wasn’t very interested in
sleeping during his session, but he’s just too cute it doesn’t really matter!
proceeded to pop all but one of his balloons! Stay tuned for his new role as Big Brother!
I love this shot . . . little Balin looks like he’s praying! So sweet!
His sister was very eager to get in on the action, but we had to include Rapunzel.
Sweet little Aiden . . . he is such a peanut and slept just about the whole time!
I love his small little features and those precious fingers. I can’t help but recite Psalm 139
every time I see a precious baby . . . they were all knit in their mother’s womb by the great Creator, God!

Well . . . can I blame my children for falling behind? Or rather the district for giving them the week off last week???? Well . . . either way, the girls were home (yeahhhh!!), but I didn’t get much work done . . . there’s always this week . . . right????

On Sunday I met the Liu family . . . they were celebrating the arrival of baby Dean with a traditional Chinese Red Egg and Ginger Party. I'm sure Dean had a great time . . . although he slept through most of it . . . the rest of his family and friends enjoyed their delicious 10-course meal!! I just love watching families . . . especially when they are celebrating such a joyous event . . . like a precious new life!!!
