Here is the FAQ's page - if I haven't answered your question please email me - I'll be happy to answer it!

HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?



Generally your session will last anywhere from an hour to two hours. Children tend to be "done" fairly quickly. I have no problem chasing them around to get "the shot" or taking a little snack break - we want your kiddos to be happy and have an enjoyable time.

Adults and large families can take a bit longer - depending upon the size and the different groupings you would like.

Newborns take the cake - I'm there until we get the shots! Babies need food and swaddling and diaper changes - so I work on their clock!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SESSION?

Your photo session includes a location within The Santa Clarita Valley,
alternate locations are available at an additional charge (please contact me for details).
Your photo session will last approximately an hour and a half.
Clients will be given about thirty proofs to order from . . . but generally there are far more than that!

There is a $25/person charge for groups larger than five.

Session fee is for the time and talents of the photographer.
Prints and products are available for purchase separately.

LOCATIONS?

There are several locations available within the Santa Clarita Valley, but I am willing to go just about anywhere (Santa Barbara to South Orange County and everything in between). If you love your backyard and it will work for what we are doing - then great! If you have a small yard and are trying to fit your entire 20+ family members . . . probably not such a great idea, but for your daughters 6 month pictures - why not!
{newborns} - I will come to you! No need to move those precious little ones. If you have poor lighting - let me know and we can figure an alternative. (There may be an additional charge for locations out of the Santa Clarita Valley)


WHEN IS A GOOD TIME FOR A {newborn} PHOTO SESSION?
The earlier the better!!! I'd prefer to do them within the first ten days . . . yes, 10 days!!! They are so new and pliable - that is what we want and they sleep a lot!!!

How do you schedule a {newborn} session you ask - well, let me know when you are due - if you are having a c-section - that's a piece of cake . . . we'll just get you on the calendar. If you aren't then we can plan a tentative date - just make sure to let me know when he or she arrives so we can firm up our plans.

Please don't wait until your sweet one arrives . . . contact me as soon as possible to get space on my calendar!

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR????
This, along with where should we go, is the most frequently asked question. Let me answer by first telling you what NOT to wear!
Don't wear:
* matching outfits
* white shirts and jeans
* something you aren't comfortable in!

What to wear:
* SOMETHING YOU LOVE
* be comfortable!!
* if you have a group . . . you may want to coordinate, you don't need to MATCH from head to toe!
* jeans are a great backdrop to just about anything and can be dressed up or dressed down

My desire is to tell a story . . . so, I want you to be comfortable - if you aren't comfortable in what you are wearing, then you won't be having as much fun! I want you to be . . . YOU! Not someone else!



WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PROOFS?

You will receive a link to your password-protected proofing site within two-three weeks. All of your pictures will be uploaded to my smugmug account where you can share them with friends and family. Your pictures will remain viewable for about 4-6 weeks and you will be able to place your print order directly from the site.



DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT PRINT SIZES?

If you don't see a size listed that you are interested in . . . please let me know.

I also offer gallery wraps, canvases, mounted prints, press printed cards, digital images, and more - just ask.
